The Problem
Dentist on Dundas was already an operating office in 2019 when we met the lead dentist and owner. After a short conversation, it came to the surface that the office was lacking a digital presence which could be harnessing extra patient leads every month. A brand new campaign was pitched, and accepted by the owner shortly after! This new campaign included a revised logo and brand identity, website, photography, social media marketing, digital advertisements, print design, and Google MyBusiness profile optimization.
A large problem for dentists is the ability to maximize their potential via online platforms such as google and social media, for patients who are searching online for the closest and top-rated dentists in this ever-expanding digital era. By optimizing your digital presence, a patient is far more likely to book dental services.
The previous brand, logo, and website were outdated, ineffective, and ultimately unsatisfactory.
The Process
The new brand identity must support the mood and tone of voice used throughout all channels including stationary print, social media, and website while creating a personality in the store.
The process started with an initial discovery session with the owner. By asking them what they see for their brand, its future, and the keywords used to describe its personality, an excellent perspective on the brand's direction, was gained. From this meeting, the foundation of the brand was created.
The desired identity would represent a corporate and professional feeling, and as a healthcare service, this was imperative to the success of the new branding scheme.
The Solution
After a few weeks, the new identity was ready to present. The logomark was a modern, updated concept of the teeth, with bold new colours and typography pairing. The owner was ecstatic with the presentation, and felt that everything described leading up to the pitch, was executed perfectly. Next, it was time for print material and photography to be implemented.
A focal point of the new business was its high foot traffic, located on Dundas St E., Toronto, a busy street in the downtown core of the city. The print material must be high quality and catch the attention of passers-by. Everything was required from business cards, A-frame signs, menus, storefront signage, and products.
The social media, business cards, window graphics, sidewalk signs, flyers, were all coordinated and implemented based on the original presentation!
